Erdman Center

Chester County, PA

University of Pennsylvania Health System selected and subsequently purchased a site in Tredyffrin Township at the intersection of Rt. 202 and Chesterbrook Boulevard for a 90,000 s.f. Medical Office Building/Ambulatory Surgery Center in Chester County.  Design and approvals are currently underway and groundbreaking is anticipated in late 2008 or early 2009 with delivery 18 months later.  Francis Cauffman Architects, IMC Construction and Pennoni Associates were selected to perform architectural, construction and engineering services for the project. The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.

Aegis Role:

Aegis was retained by UPHS in 2007 to lead the due diligence efforts in selecting a site and is currently assisting and advising in the process of obtaining all municipal and regulatory agency approvals.
