Fulton County Medical Center Patient Services and Administration Building

McConnellsburg, PA

The Fulton County Medical Center (FCMC) Patient Services and Administration Building project includes 17,400 s.f. of new building construction with a connection to the recently completed Medical Center. The project also includes 3,300 s.f. of interior renovations.  The Patient Services portion houses examination and procedure rooms and physician’s offices while the remainder of the building contains hospital administration, human resources, MIS support, community relations and development, and the accounting and business offices. The new building joins the existing Medical Center at a location that involves reconfiguration of the PT/OT and Cardiac Rehabilitation departments. The new two story building is partially clad in brick and fiber cement board to complement the exterior of the existing hospital. A new patient drop off with canopy is being constructed as well as expanded parking and associated walkways.

Construction began in summer 2009 and is scheduled for completion in summer 2010.

Client: Fulton County Medical Center
Schedule: Expected completion summer 2010
