Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Roswell-Alpharetta

Roswell, GA - September 17, 2009 - The Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Roswell-Alpharetta in Roswell, GA, celebrated its yearlong multi-million renovation project with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Aegis Property Group served as Project Manager for the project.  Aegis Partner Timothy C. Calligan and Development Manager Carl D. Freedman worked on the project and represented the firm at the event.

All 172 guestrooms now feature renovated baths with pendant lighting, designer wallpaper and distinctive tile. Each guest room now offers a 37 inch flat screen TV. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet is now available in all guest rooms and the lobby.

Common area renovations include a larger entrance, enlarged fitness center with new equipment, upgraded meeting space, and Café Zest restaurant and lounge. Café Zest is a new restaurant concept developed by NHH Hotels & Resorts.

NHH Hotels & Resorts, a third party management company in the hospitality field, selected Aegis Property Group to work on the project. Aegis is also working on another NHH Hotels & Resorts project in Pittsburgh, PA.
