Rorer Science Achieves LEED Gold

Philadelphia, PA - November 9, 2009 - The Chestnut Hill Academy Rorer Science and Technology Center has achieved LEED Gold. It is the first Philadelphia school building to receive that honor.
Chestnut Hill Academy is a K-12 Independent School for boys and is situated in the historical neighborhood of Chestnut Hill, PA.
The new science and technology center includes physics, biology, and chemistry teaching labs, a robotics lab and workshop, and science classrooms for lower school children. There is also a lobby lounge, seminar room, faculty offices and an outdoor classroom.
Aegis Property Group has been providing Project Management services to Chestnut Hill Academy for 18 years. Partner Tim Calligan was the partner-in-charge on this project.
