WHYY Hosts President's Dinner, Renames Learning Lab

Philadelphia, PA - May 17, 2010 - WHYY held its 9th Annual President's Dinner, honoring NPR broadcaster Carl Kasell, the 2010 recipient of the WHYY Lifelong Learning Award. The evening included an interview with Mr. Kasell conducted by Fresh Air host Terry Gross.
Dorrance H. Hamilton was also honored for her generous support of WHYY. The newly built Learning Lab was renamed The Dorrance H. Hamilton Public Media Commons.
Jim Kinzig, President; Tim Calligan, Partner; and Steve Nonnemaker, Development Manager, attended on behalf of Aegis Property Group.
Aegis Property Group has been providing project management services to WHYY since the Technology Center project in 1998. Aegis was the project manager on The Dorrance H. Hamilton Public Media Commons project.
